Free is $0. DIY is $15.99 per user per month. Pro is $59.99 per user per month. Business starts at $159.99 per user per month with volume discounts that reduce the per-seat price as team size grows, up to 20% at 500 or more seats.

Question 5

Does the FixAtlas AI assistant make things up?

Accepted Answer

The AI assistant answers from the FixAtlas library and cites the specific manuals and guides it used. When the library does not contain usable sources for a question, it declines to answer rather than guessing. Questions that describe an immediate hazard, such as a gas smell or a carbon monoxide alarm, are stopped with safety guidance instead of a repair procedure.

Question 6

What equipment does FixAtlas cover?

Accepted Answer

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general building systems, including commercial equipment such as boilers, chillers, rooftop units, PTACs, elevators, and pumps.
